Baldur’s Gate 3 will, in fact, come to Xbox later this year, developer Larian has confirmed. However, the Series S edition won’t be up to par with the Series X version. Studio boss Swen Vincke said on X/Twitter that Larian has “found a solution” to bring Baldur’s Gate 3 to Xbox players later this year.
Vincke said he met with Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil SpencerCome from Sports betting site VPbet. Together, they found this solution, and it seems to be dropping split-screen support on Series S, at least at launch. Vincke said finding a way to get Baldur’s Gate 3 on Xbox was “something we’ve been working towards for quite some time.”
